How to pay your estimated taxes online

Paying estimated taxes online is an easy and fast way to pay your taxes. 

First, remember that quarterly taxes are due on the following dates:

1st Quarter: April 15
2nd Quarter: June 15
3rd Quarter: September 15
4th Quarter: January 15

Federal:
To pay the IRS (Federal) online, go to the following link:
https://directpay.irs.gov/directpay/payment?execution=e1s1
Once there you select "Estimated Tax" for reason for payment and then the rest should select itself. On the next screen you will need to verify your information by providing your social security number, address, and date of birth. 

Pro Tip: If you are married use the first person listed on the tax return.

South Carolina:
To pay South Carolina online, go to the following link:
https://mydorway.dor.sc.gov/_/#1
Once there select "Individual Income Tax Payment" and then follow the instructions for putting in your social security number.

Pro Tip: You can create an account on mydorway that will save your payment method and you can schedule payments up to 120 days in advance

North Carolina:
To pay North Carolina online, go to the following link:
https://www.ncdor.gov/file-pay/individual-estimated-income-tax-form-nc-40
Once there select "Pay individual estimated income tax" and then follow the prompts.
